SEIU members, in coalition with the UAW and AFSCME, sued the Michigan Civil Service Commissioners in U.S. district court, declaring that their recent rule change violates our constitutional rights. SEIU Local 517M member Roland Whitelow, an unemployment insurance agent, was quoted in the coverage:
